We are compliant with the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act and the US Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence.
However, we don't think this is the best way to keep AI safe. The United States especially is playing with fire putting tech CEOs in charge of AI safety. Watch this video of our Head of Machine Learning explaining what would be better for humanity.
If you have other questions, please view our privacy policy.
We do not create LLMs in-house. We take a collaborative approach to AI, so we prefer to use tools that are already available.
If we are building a custom tool for your business, and that tool requires use of a large language model (most do these days), we prefer to use LLaMA (from Meta) because they allow us to use their model without sending any of your data to Meta.
This is the only way we can feasibly expect to keep your data private. Sending any of your data through an API to OpenAI or Anthropic is not private.
We love our customers, and we uphold a certain ethical standard when it comes to development of machine learning and AI tools. We will not work on projects related to AI weapons (we will hear you out about strictly defensive tools though), projects we see as potentially promoting fraud, racial or other discrimination, cryptocurrency projects, or political projects. Thanks for your understanding.
