Before I knew it, I was using my GI Bill to pursue an education in data science. I am almost done with my PhD!

Step 1: Discovering Your Biggest Business Bottleneck
After an initial consult, I'll guide you through the AI workbook I've spent the past few years crafting full of all the gems I learned throughout my 10+ years as a data scientist.
This will help you discover the biggest bottleneck currently plaguing your business.
Here are some examples:
- A customer with a retail store discovered her biggest problem was shoplifting.
- A customer with a roofing business determined his biggest issue was climbing down off the roof to answer the phone. Meanwhile, his workers stood around waiting for him to be done on his call instead of working (so they could keep the noise down).
- A customer with a machine shop did not price his projects well and ended up losing money, even after the work was complete.
Once we know the biggest bottleneck of your business, we will determine if you need a fully-customized or hybrid-custom model.
Here's the difference:
- Hybrid custom models use a platform another company has already built as a shortcut for a model that works for your company. This works best for tasks that are not proprietary or secret for your company.
- Fully custom models are built from scratch by my team and me and stored internally at your business.
